Many take pride in Jane Jacobs as a Toronto resident and world-renowned authority on development of cities, but few remember or reflect on her opinion that Canada would be best served with some type of sovereignty-association with Quebec. In her last published interview she spoke with Robin Philpot because she knew he would ask about Quebec. In part 2 of our talk with Mr. Philpot he details the ways in which a false picture of the Rwandan professor Leon Mugesera led to the tragedy of his removal from Canada and eventual life sentence in Rwanda.
