Argentina is land at the edge of the earth where music has been borrowed from far away places and ancestors, then adapted and reinterpreted on its own turf. The electronic, indie, surf rock, and folkloric sounds combine the futurism of the New World with the distant memories of Europe and indigenous ancestors. And of course there is the tango.
